exactly Sinkman--what seems fair and reasonable to Diasonic and iriver may not seem so reasonable percentage wise to say, Apple. So you either settle prior to trial for a much smaller amount that is guaranteed or you go to trial and either score a big win or possibly come up with a big goose egg. We'll see.
