Yamaha Corporation date closed 1-28-13 without prejudice. non-FIRM settlement dividend(or better royality) producing agreement. For this case legal action can be re-opened against the defendant...for say breach of agreement and royaliy issues, or other issues.

Shaghal, LTD date closed 4-12-13 with prejudice. FIRM settlement non-dividend(royalty) producing...agreement would be fixed price and legal action can not be re-opened against the defendant regarding this case for any reason.

KORG U.S.A., Inc. date closed 4-18-13 with prejudice. FIRM settlement non-dividend(royalty) producing...agreement would be fixed price and legal action can not be re-opened against the defendant regarding this case for any reason.

Diasonic Technology, date closed 5-6-13 with prejudice. FIRM settlement non-dividend(royalty) producing...agreement would be fixed price and legal action can not be re-opened against the defendant regarding this case for any reason.

"without prejudice" means that action can still be brought against a defendant if they are in breach of agreement, or it may relate other issues. Thing is, we won't know if Yamaha is on a pay plan(royalty), or this relates to another issue until they make notice.
