For the life of me I cannot understand BOW`s business accumen. Here he has in his hands the product listed as best of the year in the IFE areana and he blows it off because of his insane desire to have ``complete control``

He tried IMS and that didn`t work, and by the way, I have much more respect for IMS telling BOW to, in effect, take a hike if that`s what happened. That`s another company that found working with BOW is just a flat out ``pain in the ass`` Now he has Triad. I wonder what the deal with that company is? How long are they going to be around before they find out that BOW will attempt to dictake their every move?

From what I understand Triad is a substantial company. (may be wrong there I haven`t done any Due Dil on it) I also understand this company has quite a bit of other business it`s involved in. How much of it`s time is going to be spent on doing the bidding of BOW to the detriment of its core business?

Above all the key question to me is ``JUST HOW MUCH IS BOW GOING TO GAIN AS FAR AS CONTROL AND HOW MUCH MORE DINERO IS GOING INTO HIS COFFERS WITH TRIAD AS OPPOSED TO EDIG????

BOW did not buy Triad, it partnered with them. That means less control and less demanding of Triad`s time. With his problems with EDig and IMS over that very problem it seems unusual for him. It doesn`t appear that Triad will be put in the position of ``How high and what color``? And if Triad is to develop this new tech, just what will it be? Completely different or based on EDig`s tech? Now that will be interesting to know because if it`s on EDig`s tech then it will either be illegal or Edig will still be getting something for every unit produced.

I can see Triad, basing the ``new and improved`` Digeplayer on Edig`s tech coming to market rather quickly. But then Edig is still involved somewhere unless BOW is simply stealing EDig IP, or thinks he owns it and telling EDig to ``take me to court``

However as others have stated, if Triad is to develop a completly new DP or DS then time is lost and so has BOW in the IFE arena. (Puzzlement) Again, just how much has BOW gained all around in what he is trying to do? There will be new development fees if the new products are NOT based on Edigs tech. Time will be lost which will be very costly. He will still have to pay Triad, probably as much as he was paying EDig. Manufacturing the DP and DS will still have a cost, probably close to what it is right now, so just how much has BOW gained????? Then the big question is ``WILL THE NEW AND IMPROVED DP AND DS BE AS GOOD AND ACCEPTED AS THE ONE HE HAS IN HAND? No guarantees there. Triad could have technical problems, time problems, perhaps not able to perform in an arena it has no expertise in, after all it is a ``test equipment company``, (I think)

Unlike others posting here I don`t think Triad has been in the works for any length of time. I can`t see BOW courting Triad while he`s buying IMS and that was not too long ago. That means not much time, if any, has been spent by Triad on designing a new DP or DS to this point. My opinion is simply BOW ``shot from the hip`` again.

While I understand a man wanting control over his business I don`t understand that man ``shooting himself in his foot`` trying to gain that control.....

I wonder how long Triad will be willing captive in this mix?

I do have more respect for EDig though. EVen if we lose BOW we didn`t ``give away the family jewels``. I do believe EDig knew, or least saw the way the wind was blowing a long time ago and decided they had to have more in the hopper. It seems we do.

A definitive statement of having revenues from the Mediviewer this year is quite promising.....We will see but at this point, 9:06AM PST the volume is quite high, compared to the norm and the PPS is down only 1/2 of a penny. I`ll be it closes unchanged..
