e.Digital with its patented methods ...EMULATES RAM(or as I'm reading of others trying to accomplish... mimic RAM)....meaning it almost looks and acts like RAM....because e.Digitals speed to write/read efficiently to/from FLASH is so fast.

It requires a small spec of RAM to make the issues happen. With that, the small spec means that RAM can not be completely eliminated....at least not for interacting with NAND FLASH memory. It's because of what e.Digital does for NAND that is so important.

Also keep in mind, part of this scenario is e.Digitals data management methods that allow longevity to the erase/program cycles of the flash cells.
