what seems to be the new Shuffle. Its quite possible that california cannot be the place where this trial or hearing can be held not just legaly but honestly. To much hangs in the balance and the position of Appl as the most powerful of defendents having Judge after judge wanting out out says something about our juducial system.

Look if judges can take away peoples homes and property because they the judges see it to be better if something else exist there, then what does that say about justice and can we expect that from the likes of justice California style.

It looks like the fickle finger of fate will be administered by a judicial system that has its own money in the pot. I hope I'm wrong but------ Been there and see it all hapen before.
