I can't see that as the problem, Apple can be isolated form all the other cases...and over scene by a judge that does not have an interest in Apple.

The turn of events is considered of all the cases, and not just Apple.

There is no reason Apple need be consolidated to the pack.... that is what e.Digital attorneys want to have happen.

Judges can /could be conceivably connected to any one of the defendant companies....including the retailers.

I think that the new procedures to litigate defendants on a one on one basis...and consolidate to one judge needs some tweaking....lol

There aren't enough judges to handle what e.Digitals objectives are...
