This is only a part of the latest news out of Wencor. It`s very disturbing that we couldn`t hang on to the business that was developed by edig.
I sincerely hope you will receive some sort of royalty for each unit, or did you turn that over to APS when the deal was first struck. I continue to worry about how each development is handled by management. It seems like the shareholders lose every time and no communications ever exist until after the fact.
Why can`t you be straight with shareholders on these issues, instead of playing the word games as in the past.
And why have we not seen any quarter numbers. It closed two weeks ago and you have an idea what revenues and costs are, at least within 5% and an actual quarter follow up when the SEC data is required.
When are we going to see any actual sales from any product other than the digEplayer?

SPRINGVILLE, Utah - October 13, 2005 - digEcor?, a member of the Wencor Group, announced today that it has chosen Triad Systems Engineering (TSE) to design their next generation of products.
``We see Triad as a great source of talent and ingenuity,`` said Brent Wood, CEO of digEcor. ``We believe they will help us ``Raise the Bar`` in the In-flight Entertainment (IFE) industry.``
``Triad will be a key partner in developing the new version of the digEplayer and will also play a key role in the development of the digEsystem,`` continued Wood.
