IMO, EDIG and Handal are waiting for the many settlements to be official, all required steps by the parties and the court, then we will get a PR naming every defendant/case...OEM's and retailers.

I'd guess it will say, "the following defendants have settled infringement claims and paid the company a one time fee and licensed the Flash-R Patent Portfolio. Under terms of the confidential agreements, no details will be disclosed. If you don't like it, TUFF TACO's!!!"
