IMO EDIG was blind-sided as were we. Further, I think this may be somewhat of a knee-jerk move by Brent. Why would he have entertained IMS if he were contemplating this? And yes, I would consider a move like this, this fast, would be a knee jerk mis-move (like, maybe, when he bought APS without control over the source of the device?).
