Now, with that being said, e.Digital's Story needs to be told...

IMO, e.Digital was a huge part of the digital player and download experience, years before Itunes was ever imagined by Steve Jobs.

I remember in early 1999 every company that was interested in digital audio players and downloading music wanted to rub elbows with e.Digital... IBM, INTEL, LUCENT, TEXAS INSTRUMENT, etc.... e.Digital, the small engineering company with a vision and the technology to make it happen... We had the goods and the huge companies knew it.

Nobody wants to give credit where credits do... the only problem e.Digital had was inexperience at the helm and no contracts to back it up.... we got all sorts of promises but no money... they led us along for the ride until they didn't need us any longer. Then, we got the shaft and kicked to the curb.

All, in my most humble opinion, of course... All we have now is our Patent Portfolio and I agree with TTeddy, FRY'EM
