I don`t get where you are under the impression that EDIG was not charging enough for its IP, but charging too much for manufacturing oversight. Unless they were submitting competitively bid proposals disclosing each element of cost (which they weren`t; wouldn`t need to, would be stupid to), they (Wencor) would have no idea how much of the cost of each digE was for what.

IMO, time has just moved to our side (for a change). I`m feeling better about the ASM....Medeviewer (i.e., end run).
