Here we are reading of settlements via Pacer with timing as to when the agreements will be finalized, some of which have and no PR's yet.

Fred told me on Feb 21, "you'll note our PR's and that of Handals are naming many companies at once. We both prefer to group them, even though all suits are now individual, not necessarily on the same day, vs the TX 7 & CO 19."

"Assumably as settlements are reached, days apart, I'll be grouping them in a single PR...more bang for the buck."

Fred told me previously via email, PR's cost $375 to $1,200 depending on the distribution and number of characters, therefore it is more cost effective to announce multiple settlements in a single PR.

I EXPECT we will be hearing something SOON...lol.
