#1 - Agreed. It`s just that since we did get that Wencor PR re: B/E`s ``certified option``, it seems the digEsystem would be B/E`s ``preferred`` option (over Thales).

#2 - B/E hasn`t closed its doors to anything. I strongly suspect that an airline may pick Thales IFE, and have B/E build seats to accomodate (or even have B/E install the IFE as part of their process). But in this case, it wouldn`t be B/E going to Thales, but the airline going to both Thales (for IFE) and B/E (for seats to spec, and possibly installation). There would be no direct business between B/E and Thales (likewise between B/E and Wencor for IFE).

#3 - I only demonstrate the optimism here due to the Wencor PR re: B/E`s ``testimonial`` statement/posture. Interesting that B/E has no link to that PR. But it buys them no business.... Wouldn`t be too surprised if that Wencor PR was ``fostered`` by B/E due to other business between Wencor and B/E (for aircraft quality fasteners, for instance).

Looking for the THING next week (or the one after). I`m now thinking the THING might be pretty good. I had ``feared`` that the RWM order was part of that $1.6M number from early this qtr. Now I suspect not, since we got word that RWM won`t be going ``live`` till December. Assuming some timeliness in order processing and production and roll out, I`d think their order came in after the $1.6M number was released by EDIG. That plus some of the re-orders, plus some new orders, might make for some nice numbers for this qtr (as well as last).

I`m thinking that that $750K in deliveries in early August were the balance of deliveries of enhanced digEs ordered back in May (and where did those puppies go? No announcments...). So $850k of the $1.6M must be for re-orders/new orders (1,200 -1,300 digEs). I figure that the three new orders we KNOW of could amount to that quantity (900 for one, and a couple hundred each to the other two dinky guys).

So we could be looking at order quantities for the 8 re-orders, plus 4+ new adopters, plus RWM as current backlog. Might be a pretty good THING.... I sure hope so!
