Now that Fred has clarified our/my misinterpretation of the 8-K & PR on this topic, I withdraw these comments posted earlier.

I recently re-read the Sept 17 8-K item 1.01 and realized we are not shelling out the $30K/mo, it will come from settlements.

We owe 7 months at this point, $210K plus other costs. Chances are the 1st settlement will take care of this nut. The months that follow we will pay them in the same way I guess...

Reimbursed from settlements is more like it.
