From the 5-day price chart it clearly looks like the MMs have been keeping busy during this surprising lull in activity (before pending settlement announcements), by setting up a pennant/flag pattern. My guess is the pattern should complete in the next day or two, which may prompt (in the absence of any further significant news) some additional interest from (brain dead?) day traders/TAs ? All IMVHO.
