Not sure if the demand for a Jury trial is standard operating proceedure or if we just raised the bar for Apple. I like the idea of taking Apple into a juried trial. I think the outcome would behoove the process, regardless of the additional time required. It may as some have suggested prepare the groundwork for an outright acquisition, rather than some sort of negotiated settlement or going the distance in court.
