The Court hereby SETS a telephonic conference to briefly discuss case coordination with counsel for all parties in the above-captioned cases for May 17, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. On or before May 16, 2013, Plaintiff’s counsel is responsible for emailing efile_bencivengo@casd.uscourts.gov a list that identifies the participants for the call and who they represent. Plaintiff’s counsel shall coordinate a dial-in number for all counsel to participate in the May 17, 2013 conference call. Once all counsel are on the line, Plaintiff’s counsel shall then contact Chambers at 619-557-7688 to conference the Court into the conference call.
