I hope that EDIG makes the point early to Apple of their existing Nunchi patents and secure a big up front licensing fee with trailing royalties.

And I would use this new law firm to make the point, early on.

Great new developement in that Apple likes the "Nunchi" concept to help differentiate themselves from the competition.
