for the management. Fred clearly understood the need for a new direction and strategy for claiming what is Edig's intellectual property. DM with all its earlier successes and the hubris that comes along with it, did not provide us with a good representation. Moreover, they did have a conflict of interest in that their motives were in fact different than ours. They tried to maximize their short-run revenues at the expense of Edig's interests. It now appears that Fred's goal was in fact to hire some good hungry attorneys that will serve Edig's inresterests along with theirs. The new contract speaks volumes about the arrangement. This little insight might very well be worth a few hundred million dollars. Some members of this family here who questioned the ability of the management and its renumeration in the past, have now conceded the point. This is great and it shows that there not really any bad faith stockholders, at least, among us all. Today's management has a clear disconnect with its past.
