If Apple is assigned to the judges handling all the issues up to this point, there will be an in place history of procedure that is being formatted.

This past history issue will show that e.Digital is being prudent in its actions, and the judges will learn collectively of all defendants, what is, and what isn't.

There will be, IMVHO, no playing games with the court. The courts want issues of this type resolved as quickly as possible. With that, IMO, preliminary injunction is a real threat.

As I understand, theses actions are in conjunction with the ITC, of which Handal & Associates have a forte in that realm.
