Can someone please explain the part of this post where it says "Patently Apple---Patently Apple-Patently Legal"? The patent was clearly assigned to Norris Communications, is Apple inferring that the patent is theirs or that they paid for it already? I don't get the intent and frame of reference of that part of the post.
