doni disagree`s with this statement....they own more than the name and the exterior case...which means nothing any case will do....you have not researched enough.

IMO..though broadly....the security platform has a set of defined properties....belonging to APS/digEcor

There are two separate and distinct issues at hand as you state above...just not as condensed as you describe WENCORs involvement...e.Digital does own the driving technology...along with specific application.

Perhaps you should contact RP and ask....who owns the IP security platform with a defined set of properties?

I`d be interested in his response...if he does not answer correctly....at that point we shall discuss with documentation what I`m talking about.
