But prior art does not teach the method step of activating memory integrity test by manually inserting the flash memoryChip into plug assembly of said recording
That, along with other issues, where after identifying bad cells as a result of the integrity test, have methods to track those bad cells in keeping data from being written to the write blocks that have bad cells within. This consideration must be very fluid with all data concerns. The management of data has to be interfaced to this issue to make things smooth, it's not simply an integrity testing and tracking bad cells....there's a lot behind the scene. With that, e.Digital manages the arrays of memory at a much more deliberate level.
737 / claim 5 is the hook they will all be hung on....All the other stuff is important to be challenged. It's more or less like having a definite win before walking into the ring. The legal team has a good position to start from....they will make whatever that issue is worth.
"In addition, we are seeing many flash-based devices utilizing a memory integrity technology that was patented by e.Digital. Determining memory integrity is very important technology in today’s highly-integrated consumer electronics.”
The format use of flash memory is very important. For e.Digitals it's a bunch of things that make the issue complete.
