It`s still the same platform...with added application.

They do not own the embedded tech....the embedded tech.. HDD and I/O environment...and IMO a few other items... belong to e.Digital....driven by MOS.

Another thought...that I have always claimed..

They may have come to an understanding as far as future developments....and licensing.

MOS is a stand alone / or individual component used embedded OS....e.Digital has developed on its own behalf...compliment embedded application and hardware platforms.

For e.Digital to become a successful company....the more application built over the MOS environment the better.

It will be too slow a process for e.Digital any other way.

Any future application/hardware that WENCOR pays for they should get to call it they`re own. It will require a license of the MOS to drive the applications.

WENCOR also owns it`s own IP...not related to e.Digitals technology....putting a little application ownership next to it would not be a bad thing IMO..

We`re going to have to move on to other developers....
