BOW and EDig seem to have difficulty getting along and in my mind its mostly the fault of BOW because of his desire to have complete control over everything.

EDig turned over Amtrak to BOW. Amtrak came to EDig. RP Speak said turning over the account to BOW was in essence the same thing as doing it ourselves without the headaches. When it was all said and done EDig would still be making the same from each Amtrak unit as it did from each IFE unit.

I DO NOT THINK EDIG WOULD HAVE TURNED OVER THAT POTENTIALLY LARGE OF AN ACCOUNT, IN FACT I KNOW THEY WOULD NOT HAVE, IF THEY KNEW BOW WAS GOING TO SHUT THEM OUT OF THE DEAL. EDIG COULD HAVE JUST KEPT THE DEAL AND HANDLED IT THEMSELVES.

I am still confident EDig still owns the ``inside`` of all IFE products. What my opinion of the latest blurb from Amtrak is simply BOW seeing the all the ads coming from Amtrak mentioning EDig and boiling over, seeing red, getting pissed and in general not feeling real good.

So what does a man of BOW`s nature do, he calls the people in Amtrak who handles those things and makes a gentle suggestion that this is the new way all press releases from Amtrak should read, DIGECOR, DIGECOR, DIGECOR....AND ETC....DIGECOR......

EDIG IS STILL MAKING THE AMTRAK UNITS....BET ON IT...
