I do not know about sale or licensing, but I like having the third party involved(IPMetrics) that is making people register to even get the overview information of Nunchi and it says that if they request more specific information they must sign a non-disclosure agreement. I do not know where this story will end, but I like where it is headed. Fred et al have stubbed their collective toes in the past so this time around are wearing steel toed boots.
