Based on company statements in Q's, PR's, at the last SHM and replies to emails, they have stated many times to "be in talks" etc.

Specific examples are two years in a row saying they are attending CES but not at as an exibitor, holding and attending private meetings regarding NUNCHI.

Would one not think the field of view of prospective licensees was complete then turned over to IPmetrics at that point? The website had application instructions and to provide the NDA's. Once the list is full and we need no more offers.....

"Here are the list of companies with contact info of individulas we have spoken with, presented to at their location, visited our office for follow up discussions and conducted conf calls. You take it from here per our agreement then serve up the opportunities."
