The question is can Qualcomm/Gimbal do everything that Nunchi provides with perhaps a few modifications to enhance the Gimbal Platform?

And if the marriage of Gimbal and Nunchi is the ultimate platform development, then why haven't we seen a contract.

The next question relates to systems design. If Gimbal in its present design can be equated to Nunchi or with enhancements be compared to Nunchi, then have they violated some of the Nunchi patents or have they achieved ways of designing around the Nunchi portfolio?

It seems like in addition to the Gimbal process, the means of gathering, analyzing and applying algorithm applications which would provide action oriented information is not a very difficult task to incorporate.

Help me if I am way off in comparing all of the awareness technology that has been introduced during the past year or two.
