"15000 shares" ......is my point , they moved 14 million shares as of 2008 out of the "Family Trust" and now you consider the activity as determental....?

Why would one frown on 15,000 as any significant sign ?

From 2008 to 2009 they moved 3 million shares form the TRUST....what insider info do you feel they acted on in moving those shares ? ....While at the same time.. other managed entities where adding shares? Davric added over a million alone.

eric moved 15000 one way, while he added 40k to a children's entity....now having a total of 80K shares....when was the other 40k placed there?

They are moving things around....for what ever reason...

If they are at odds with e.Digital and future prospects...they wouldn't be doing as they are for the children....or other issues we no longer can see. We only see that because erick is the custodian
