The shot gun approach that Handal is using with the OEM's and retailers...

a.k.a... throwing a bunch of stuff at the walls to see what sticks. The lawyers will consider what's best for themselves first, EDIG second, and shareholders - not at all (see DM). I hope that Handal's actions end up benefiting us but can't bring myself to count on it.
