The USPTO did not list NUNCHI as prior art.

We had 6 filings before AAPL, and all 6 were approved between 11-6-12 & 11-20-12, with AAPL's granted 2-26-13.

This tells me, IMO, it does not infringe.

Our patent filings were cloaked from AAPL's view, but not the examiners.

I sent it to Fred anyway, so that Nunally can take a look.

I'd bet, we will file another child and claim AAPL's as prior art.
