Your comment about R&D by other companiesis what we had to contend with EDIG in the past. Many of these companies eventually use part or even total the ideas of edig . And today we have all this litegation. What can be happening is the same thing. Efforts are being madeto see if they can circumvent Nunchi and come up with their own even if they step on Nunchi a little bit. They want to avoid the cost if possible of a license. If and that is a big if which has been proven true so far , that they can get way with it for as many years like in the case of EDIG it might be worth it to them. Future litegation for Nunchi cab take many years as it has been the case with EDIG. Sad to say thats the way the big boys play the game today. Now I know I have said this many times but here it goes again. Since we do have them in court for violations we need to nail them to show that infringing will cost them more the they are willing to pay. Letting them get away just because you want a license later is stupidity to say the least. They are thieves and a thief likes the idea of getting something he doesn't have to buy.

As for what the company has for the future in the way of contracts e just have to wait and see.
