I agree..The beginning of March will be interesting. Companies being sued will delay as long as possible. We could get to March and they do not agree to settlement and want to move onto trial by jury. That probably puts us into 2014. And if the first one does it, how many more will figure on waiting for trial next year.
They can announce many new lawsuits during the year, but we will need Nunchi to bring in burn rate $$'s.
