Thanks again SMAN, I guess we were First to file (F2F) and I guess since our Technology

is a platform (software like) and is intangible and not Tangible (hardware like) and we have nothing to produce like a physical cadget something you can touch I guess IMVHO we are also considered First to Invent (F2I) .

so in both cases I agree with you may be luck is sitting on our side this time, I guess time will tell Hopefully soon.
