IMO

13/646,158 filed on 10-05-2012 which is Pending..claims the benefit of 12/891,875application publication.....1-31-13

13/681,054 filed on 11-19-2012 which is Pending. claims the benefit of 12/891,875 application un-published

13/759,353 filed on(date upublished) which is Pending claims the benefit of 12/891,875 recent application January 2013

IMO, 054 application is published within 45 days if you review the filing date.....unless 158 is truly ready for a grant....noted as....
