"In the new year, we look to pick up where we left off bringing infringers of e.Digital technology in line with the company's licensing program," said Anton Handal, counsel for e.Digital. "The field of use for flash-based devices that utilize e.Digital's patented technology extends into many product categories, including the GPS devices, smartphones, and tablets accused in the most recently filed complaints. We continue taking a hard look at these and similar devices which are prevalent in the marketplace," Handal added.
