But it seems that there is always a fly in the ointment. Some will play the "I am inocent of this, card". They will want to go to trail. Why should we be against that. If we are in the right, and many say that here, then they will loose and the will have to pay 3 times. Thats a lot better than a cheap settlement.

All quick settlemens went for cheap as far as I 'm concerned. Even after they were made the thieves continued in their game. You have to make it cost them to do so. Otherwise the incentive to continue is still there, give you nothing and they go to the bank with millions.

So far their game plan has worked we ae still looking for the big one and we hope that Fred has his real thinking cap on. This is no longer a quest for Fred to continue to draw a paycheck. Its time for those of us that have put faith in this stock gets a little grease for ourselves,
