Lets take a step back for a moment. Lets not fool ourselves into thinking that this lull can man anything. Keep in mind that we have everything set for an upside to eventys. For example . We suffered through a markman and had to get a reafirmation of the pattens. That was successful. EDIG came on top and the pattens are solid. We changed who was to represent edig in court and even more litagation was established.

We were notified by those that are being sued that they needed more time to respond and asked for mediation. That initself can be viewed as guilt. Just where it will all lead us is not a guess. It can only be good.

You can understabd that there will be some that will sell because they might have bought at 2 or 3 cents and can turn a good profit which is what most people who invest invest for. Never look back when you can take a good profit. Others though like myself have been here for to long and I amlooking for the home run. Will that happen?? Nice question. The evidence we have say's we are on the right track and we are scoring . I personaly am in it for the long haul.

What I would like to see happen is a take over and thats a possibility if what has been indicated by many here is true and I have no reason to disbelieve what has been noted.
