We are doing just fine here since Aug on IP infringement news alone, and not a single settlement announced yet.

In the next few months, based on Pacer info to date, cash will be flowing into the company, and chances are the PR's will have NDA's, requiring us to wait for Q's to see what went into the bank.

This group has a Phd in "waiting" and we are seasoned vets at it.

The bigger picture though, is waiting for announcements of NUNCHI licenses with our 6 patent approvals since Nov, with a few more add on's in the pipeline.
