"12 to .16 has been the norm."

For less than 1/3rd the time it spent at .19...

It was a stop off range on the way down, where from .12...it went to .02 in short order. We went from .16 to .12/.09 just from the public reading the case docs and what the defendants were considering for their constructions.

The Markman killed it.... .09 to .02...and it was all misunderstood.

.19 is my mark...but then, it really doesn't matter. This is a whole new approach and as for new base...it's anyone's guess.

I was just giving a bit of brief history...where things were rough...but, not as rough as they eventually got.
