Dish, you've been around long enough to see the lengthy process we've gone thru to licence, validate and enforce our Flash portfolio patents..........legal teams, Markmans, management changes, reexams and on and on. I believe the Nunchi patents may be infringed, challenged, reexamined, Markman's held over the next 5 to 10 years. Near term share price rise will mainly depend on our Flash licensing and not Nunchi imo.

I've mostly held shares since 98 and bought more last year, sofar very impressed with Handal, but only time will tell if they can get us significant revs.
