Management has always maintained that EDIG owns the guts of the digEplayer and APS the shell and branded name ``digEplayer``.
If indeed that is the case, any digesystem based on the digEplayer is utilizing EDIG IP. The only way around it is to completely reengineer EDIG`s IP out of the system.
Obviously EDIG is holding its ground on this issue, to their credit.
It just would be nice to put this baby to bed and move on to the MedeViewer market.
