My sincere hope is that the increased volume is due to those in the know establishing new positions based on a forthcoming Nunchi announcement of some kind. I'd hate to think it is due only to Handal filing a bunch of lawsuits. Whatever ultimately happens, how quickly, and how much those lawsuits may or may not be worth is still very much in question. It
doesn't make sense to me at this point for one to be buying only in anticipation of large and/or numerous settlements. We've seen what can happen. At one point or another many of us thought that DM was the best thing to ever happen to e.Digital. I admit that Handal appears hungry, but how this might translate into value for shareholders very much remains to be demonstrated.
