Unless Wencor completely reengineered the digesystem, one would have to think that there is something EDIG ``inside``, hence EDIG`s stance that negotiations had stalled with regard to order size and IP disputes.

Also, Wencor has had a launch customer for some time...what did they agree to buy? The digesystem, no doubt. Does EDIG have a case that the design (based on the digEplayer) is the basis for the digesystem? There is ample evidence to come to that conclusion.

While no one knows for certain how this will play out, it remains a distinct possibility to develop over the next couple of quarters.

APS/Wencor states more info is forthcoming from both the studios and the launch customer....or something to that effect.

Right now, APS has gone underground and did not use WAEA to gain exposure, as we were led to believe that they would.

The question is, WHY did they go silent?
