Anyone review any of Lippetz Bio ?...The SNDK vs LSI is interesting....lol

Though he does not fully explain, this is how the issues summed up...

SNDK sues LSI for liable, basically saying, LSI is spreading bad verbiage around that "SNDK is infringing with CE devices, 8 of our audio/video patents ." LSI then files a suit against SNDK basically saying...you are infringing our patents.

The court dropped the state liable issues against LSI ....with an LSI motion.

Where they then went through the motions over the IP ....Markman etc....

The Markman was March 10, 2010....they settled March 11, 2010.

After all that and the expense just to flex your muscle over liable issues.....was it worth it? What kind of a ploy would it be to sue first, before you are to be potentially sued?

Anyway, Lippetz was involved in it....whatever the initial thought was...?

I have no doubt they ended up paying LSI, however, we'll never know, without diving into LSI filings.....March of 2010 if anyone feels up to it.

Anyway, just some brief observations is about all it deserves.
