Just look at the list of all those that violated EDIG's pattens rights. And the number goes on and on. They thought that EDIG was dead and that they all could piss on its grave. Problem is though EDIG was not buried. Because the courts dealt with EDIG with impunity that facilitated these actions by all that are listed. What now happens to Sandisk is of great inportance since she is the leader of the crime and the first that will be brought to terms. If the courts allow sandisk to get away with what they did,guess what will happen with the others?

This is beyond just a settlement . It involves all others that have had their pattens violated while those that made fortunes went off scott free. Just what are we talking about. Just look at what the statement says about Edig. That EDIG it is an inovator. Then look at the value of those that stoe their property and then what Edig's value is. Their property and everyone else made the money because they were allowed to steal it and use it wth out compensation to edig.

If there was ever a time for getting things straight it is now. A real heafty fine that will cause these thieves pain is in order. Only that will prevent a continued assualt on property that does not belong to them.
