At minimum, for discovery issues. e.Digital is not approaching the discovery the way it was handled the last time. The OEM is not going to be the one identifying distribution, where they pussy foot around giving the info.

The distributor defendants, IMO, because they sold the goods are responsible for at least that. As for who pays e.Digital...I guess it comes down to the injunctions and who suffers the most.
