Complaint [Doc. No. 14] and good cause appearing therefor, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Joint

Motion is GRANTED. Defendants Shaghal, LTD. dba eMatic; Best Buy Co., Inc.; Best Buy Stores,

L.P.; Best Buy.Com LLC; and, J & R Electronics Inc. shall have until January 28, 2013 to file a
