Yes, I'm aware of their motion to extend made on 12-12-12, however, I want to see what new date was approved to answer the complaint.

Same for GBS, as they at my last pacer review had not asked for an extension. I reviewed the same day the Phillips motion was filed.

At this point it's SNDK on 1-7-13....as we have no idea of the status of the other two.
