"I thought somebody was due to answer 12/21?"

For the most part, that was the target date to answer when they were served. The December answer dates are what extensions are being made to overcome. SNDK is now to answer on 1-7-13 after an extension....the first three are now to answer on 1-28-13 after an extension.

Phillips has now asked for an extension, date unknown, though I'm sure that an approved date has been approved by the court.

GBS....has not asked as of my last PACER review..If they have not asked yet, they will be the first to respond on their assigned Dec date.

The subsequent cases I don't care about, though I'm sure they will be asking for extensions as well.

Anyway, I'm not able to get to the individual files to see what is going on with GBS and Phillips.
